Hey guys!

Applying makeup becomes a mindless routine after awhile, but that doesn't mean you should get bored of the products you're using. I'm always looking for new beauty products, especially makeup. So recently I've been seriously obsessed with a few items and you all NEED to try them too!

Here are my current favorite beauty/makeup products:

1. Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara:

I don't know why it took me so long to try this mascara; I've heard so many people rave about it. My sister got it for me as part of my birthday gift last month and it's as amazing as everyone says. It makes your lashes look so long and thick and it will last all day. It has an hourglass shaped brush that just stretches your lashes to the sky, not kidding.

It costs $23. You can grab one for yourself here

2. Dior Lip Glow Balm

Chapstick is a necessity for me and I have a tube on me at all times. This Dior Lip Glow Balm is the perfect chapstick/lipstick combo. It's hydrating and moisturizing so it will keep your lips from getting chapped, but it also has a pretty sheer color to it so it also works as a lipstick or gloss. I use the shade PINK.

It costs $33. You can find it here

3. Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

This past weekend I posted my favorite way to use this palette on my Instagram Stories. But honestly there are so many amazing color combos you can try. This palette is my favorite Urban Decay product yet. It has a mix of bronze and burgundy hues, and if you're like me, bronze is my favorite shade for eyeshadow. I think it's so flattering and still looks natural.

*Tip: Spray your shadow brush with a hydrating or setting spray before dipping into the shimmer shades. It makes the colors look more prominent

This palette costs $54. You can check it out here

4. Beauty Blender Swirl

Does the swirl pattern beauty blender work any differently than the regular pink one? Absolutely not. BUT it's cute to look at!

It costs $20, the same as the original. You can shop it here

5. Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder

I've been using this setting powder for about a month. Prior, I would only use Tarte's Translucent Powder, which is amazing as well! However, I'm happy I tried something new. It's such a lightweight powder so it doesn't leave your makeup looking caked on, and it's translucent so you don't have to worry about white powder on your face. It does a great job of keeping your foundation in place and keeping your skin from looking oily throughout the day. It has a velour puff that is sold separately but I just use a brush.

It costs $38. Check it out here

I hope this gave you all some inspo to update your makeup collection! Let me know if you end up trying any of these products! I've been using them all for about a month now so I can assure you they're pretty awesome

Thanks for reading, xo
